We Are Filmmakers
We’re a boutique Copenhagen and Los Angeles video production company that creates compelling original productions, from documentary to fiction. We’ve produced the feature films “The Story of Luke” and “FIXED” and the documentaries “Transformations” and “Ms. Liz’s Allies,” among many others.
We use our extensive filmmaking experience to craft unique brand content for B2B, B2C, education, and nonprofit clients worldwide. We’ve been proud to work with organizations as varied as NASA, UCLA, Citizens of the World Charter Schools, Arkitektforeningen, Dulong Fine Jewelry, Hindenburg Systems & many more.
We are a small and agile company that only takes on a few projects at a time, and we go out of our way to get to know our client's goals and values so we can craft engaging stories that reflect their brand and make an emotional connection with their audience.
Alonso Mayo / Director
Alonso Mayo grew up traveling between Lima, Peru, and Lawrence, Kansas. He studied Journalism & Film at the University of Lima and received his MFA in Film Directing from the American Film Institute. His thesis film “Wednesday Afternoon” won the Student Academy Award.
He went on to direct the Academy Award-shortlisted documentary “Viva la Causa” and the interactive web series “Untitled Murder Project 2.0.” His first feature film, the dramedy “The Story of Luke,” premiered at the San Diego Film Festival, where it won Best Film. It went on to win over 20 festival awards.
Alonso’s 2nd feature, the comedy “FIXED,” premiered at the Cinequest Film Festival. His latest documentary, “Transformations,” premiered at DOC NYC. Alonso has taught screenwriting at The New School and NYU and recently completed the Walt Disney Television Directors Program.
Nina Leidersdorff / Producer
Nina Leidersdorff is a graduate of the Film and Media Science Department of the University of Copenhagen and the Producing Program at the American Film Institute.
She has an extensive background in the Danish film and TV industry, working as a producer, production manager, and line producer on commercials, music videos, TV series, feature films, video games, and documentaries.
She has produced the feature films “The Story of Luke,” “In Embryo,” “FIXED,” and “Empire” (“Viften”). She was consulting producer on the Danish TV Series “Borgen” and “Ragnarok” and has produced the miniseries “The Nurse” (“Sygeplejersken”).
