After watching her students struggle with the tumultuous social, racial, and political events of 2016’s presidential election, and constantly ask "what can we do?", 4th-grade teacher Elizabeth Kleinrock decided to create a unique social justice lesson plan to introduce her young learners to the concepts of allies, advocates, and bystanders, and in doing so gave them a toolset to be a force for positive change.

Featuring Elizabeth “Liz” Kleinrock and her 4th-grade class at Citizens of the World Charter School in Silverlake, Los Angeles.
